Static content and audio

Versioned word packs, regional spelling metadata, Daily schedules and recorded voices are designed to be immutable, cacheable, and usable offline. Cloudflare R2 is the planned object origin, separate from the dynamic API.

The preferred recorded voice and temporary per-session Device TTS override are distinct. Missing local audio requires an explicit Download / Device TTS for this session / Cancel choice, never an automatic silent fallback.
