Persistence and sync

Daily Word and Practice work locally with SQLite. Optional Apple/Google sign-in enables cloud backup and cross-device convergence, using immutable evidence and server-side deterministic replay in Azure SQL.

The sync contract defines idempotency, ordering, migrations, canonical materialised state and offline recovery. Ordinary learning events are never reconciled with generic last-write-wins.
